"I was a client of Kristin's for about 7 months before I moved away. In those 7 months she helped me grow so much! She listened, offered support, and was always understanding. She was never forceful about anything and let me work at my own comfort and pace. She supported me through the highs and the lows, never making me feel like a burden or a bother. If it wasn't for her, I would not be the person I am today! She helped me build my confidence, find other resources I could access, and even helped with advice on how my foster parents could better support me. 15/10 recommend her. She is an amazing human being with a huge heart! "

"Kristin is very genuine. She is empathetic, insightful, supportive and makes you feel heard and understood. I felt very comfortable with her at a time where I was very insecure about sharing what I was going through. Kristin helped me through the delayed effects of trauma. I trust her perspective and guidance, and feel like she has really helped me grow during these past few months. She has never once been judgmental. I can't thank her enough for her support and kindness."

"Kristin is the most amazing counsellor I have ever seen. I have never encountered anyone like her. She is kind, understanding and immensely helpful. I have been seeing her because of domestic violence, dealing with ex-husband and children as well as family member with addiction issues. She listens without judgment and relates to me. I always feel heard, and I can't recommend her enough. Best counsellor I have ever seen."
