Holding Space Sessions
My approach when working with clients is supporting and holding the space without judgment, and meeting you wherever you are on your journey. We witness "what is", while allowing for all feelings, thoughts, and emotions to move through the mind, body, and soul. As I am known for showing up with empathy and compassion my mission is to allow space for vulnerability, healing, growth, and seeking one's truth through the services I provide.
I have lived experiences of trauma, bullying, blended family dynamics, mental health concerns, autoimmune disease, grief & loss, codependency, and divorce, all of which have contributed and lead me to a career in human services.
I enjoy a variety of wholistic wellness practices therefore exercise, practice yoga, meditate, and engage in therapy regularly.
